B&T Manufacturing warranties Smooth Ride suspension
products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of one year from date of sale to first purchaser at retail.
Continued use or possession of the product after the expiration of
the above warranty period shall be conclusive evidence that the
warranty is fulfilled to the full satisfaction of the purchaser.
B&T Manufacturing will make a good faith effort for prompt correction
or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be
defective within the limited warranty time period. For any
product believed to be defective during the limited warranty, first
contact Customer Service at 269.430.6019 for additional
directions. Any part which is determined by B&T Manufacturing to
be defective in material or workmanship must be returned, shipping
costs prepaid to B&T Manufacturing, 5348 N Tacoma Ave, Indianapolis,
IN 46220. The repair or replacement of the Smooth Ride
Shock shall be the sole and exclusive remedy to which B&T Manufacturing
is obligated and to which the original retail Purchaser is entitled.
B&T MANUFACTURING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE ORDER OR USE OF
ITS PRODUCTS. These damages include reimbursement of the
original purchase price, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time or
inconvenience, transport charges, rental of a replacement vehicle
and any other special, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages. This warranty shall not apply to any failure or
defect caused by misuse, modification, improper installation,
improper testing, accident, or failure to maintain proper air
pressure (above or below recommended minimum or maximum). B&T Manufacturing
thoroughly inspects each shock for mechanical defects
and cosmetic blemishes. B&T Manufacturing will not warranty any
chrome plating after the shock has been installed and in use.
B&T Manufacturing's sole and exclusive maximum liability for any claim
by the Purchaser, or anyone claming through or on behalf of the
Purchaser, arising out of the Purchaser's purchase of a product
shall not in any event exceed the actual amount paid by the
Purchaser for the product. B&T MANUFACTURING'S WARRANTY OF THE
SMOOTH RIDE SHOCKS TO BE FREE FROM ALL DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND
WORKMANSHIP AS LIMITED HEREIN SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, AND ALL SUCH EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARE HERBY DISCLAIMED. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT
TRANSFERABLE. |
